Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms cover the Pulse Fixer software (the Windows application, its engine and the plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro), its demo version and this website. Pulse Fixer is made and sold by Emre Goren, Istanbul, Türkiye (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using Pulse Fixer you agree to these terms.
1. Our reseller
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and order-related customer service. Their own buyer terms, shown at checkout, apply to the purchase itself.
2. The licence
When you buy Pulse Fixer you receive a licence key. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use the version you bought, and all updates within the same major version (1.x), on the number of computers your plan allows:
- Standard — 1 computer
- Pro — 2 computers, including the plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro
You can move a licence to another computer by deactivating it on the old one. Videos you make or repair with Pulse Fixer are yours, including for commercial work. We claim no rights in your footage.
3. The demo
The free demo includes every feature and a limited number of exports without watermark. It is for evaluation. You may not try to work around the export limit.
4. What you may not do
- share, sell, rent or publish your licence key, or use it on more computers than your plan allows;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law expressly allows it;
- remove or bypass the licence or demo checks;
- redistribute the software or offer it as a hosted service to others.
5. Licence activation
To activate and occasionally re-check a licence, the app sends your licence key and a name for your computer to Lemon Squeezy’s licence service. Your video files are never sent anywhere. See the Privacy policy.
6. Third-party components
Pulse Fixer includes open-source components, such as FFmpeg and RIFE, under their own licences. They are listed in the app (Settings → Licenses) and in the file THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt that comes with it.
7. Refunds
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund policy.
8. No warranty
Pulse Fixer measures and repairs motion, and it reports what it changed, but results depend on the footage. The software is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those the law requires. Always check results before you deliver them to a client. Keep your original files: Pulse Fixer never changes them, but you are responsible for your own backups.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or missed deadlines. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Trademarks
Adobe and Premiere are either registered trademarks or trademarks of Adobe in the United States and/or other countries. Seedance, Kling, Veo and other product names are trademarks of their owners. Pulse Fixer is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don’t take away rights you already have under a licence you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
