Privacy Policy

In short: your videos never leave your computer. The app has no account, no analytics and no tracking. It goes online only to activate and occasionally re-check a licence key. The website uses no cookies.

This policy explains what data Pulse Fixer (the app and the plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro) and pulsefixer.app collect. The controller is Emre Goren, Istanbul, Türkiye, reachable at support@pulsefixer.app.

1. The app

Your footage: analysis, repair and export run entirely on your computer. Videos, frames and reports are never uploaded.
Licence activation: when you enter a licence key, and from time to time afterwards, the app sends the key and a name for your computer to Lemon Squeezy’s licence service to confirm the licence is valid and how many computers use it.
Demo: the demo keeps its export count on your computer. It is not sent to us.
Settings: your language and export choices are stored locally on your computer.
The app contains no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting services.

2. Purchases

Orders are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, which processes your name, email, billing address and payment details to take payment, calculate tax and issue invoices. We receive your order details (name, email, country, product) so we can deliver your licence and support you. Card details are never shared with us. Lemon Squeezy’s own privacy policy applies to their processing.

3. The website

pulsefixer.app is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
If you ask for the demo, we keep your email address and the answers you give (your role, the generator you use) to send you the download and Pulse Fixer news. You can unsubscribe at any time.
The site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers or fonts.

4. Why we use your data

To deliver what you asked for (the demo, your licence), to keep licences from being misused, to answer your support requests and, with your consent, to send product news. Legal bases under the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK: performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in preventing licence misuse, and your consent for news.

5. How long we keep it

Order and licence records for as long as the licence exists and as tax law requires; demo emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them; support emails for as long as needed to help you.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, object to its use, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@pulsefixer.app. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Transfers

Lemon Squeezy and Cloudflare may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international transfers.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this site.
